Shipping time is Monday to Friday on weekdays, not necessarily on weekends.
Hsinchu Freight: It will arrive in about 1 to 2 days after shipment.
7-11 store pick-up: For example, if the package is shipped on the 15th, it is expected to be delivered to the designated 7-11 store on the 17th~18th. The 7-11 system will send a text message notification. Please be sure to pay attention to the text message notification on your mobile phone. The package must arrive at the store. The goods must be picked up within 7 days. When picking up the goods, be sure to bring identification documents with the same name as the consignee (such as ID card, health insurance card, driver's license). Those who fail to pick up the goods after the expiration date will need to bear the shipping fee of 60 RMB for re-sending.
Pick up the goods at a FamilyMart store: For example, if the package is shipped on the 15th, it is expected to be delivered to the designated FamilyMart store on the 17th~18th. The FamilyMart system will send a text message notification. Please be sure to pay attention to the text message notification on your mobile phone. The package must be picked up within 7 days from the arrival of the package at the store. When picking up the goods, be sure to bring identification documents with the same name as the consignee (such as ID card, health insurance card, driver's license). Mailing to outer islands: Use China Post parcel. It will arrive in about 3 to 7 days after being sent.
Shipping to mainland China: Use SF Express.
Overseas shipping: Hong Kong (HK), Macau (MO), the United States (US) and other places use EMS.
◆If the recipient information is incomplete, the mobile phone number is filled in incorrectly, the MAIL mailbox is filled in incorrectly, the recipient is unable to receive the goods, encounters unexpected natural disasters, system equipment maintenance, goods transfer, inventory, factory replenishment, etc., the shipping time will be delayed. We apologize for the postponement.
◆After the package is sent, if the package is returned because the recipient information is incorrect, the recipient is unable to receive the package, or there is no one at the delivery address to sign for it, the recipient must pay for the shipping fee before sending it again.
◆The above delivery time is an estimate. The actual delivery situation depends on the local delivery driver. We cannot promise the delivery time. If you are giving gifts, going abroad or for other special reasons, you must bear the risk of timeliness.
◆After over-picking up the package, a pickup notification text message will be sent to the store. If you use the service of a telecommunications company that refuses to receive commercial advertising text messages or have not turned on your phone for a long time, you may not be able to receive the package arrival notification text message.
◆In the event of force majeure due to natural disasters, as well as some supermarket stores being closed on weekends or other special reasons, it may take more working days for the package to arrive at the pick-up store.
